Marketing & Sales Support Internship - Full Time or Part Time

We're seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Support Intern to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role offers extensive experience across digital marketing, sales operations, and content creation, with direct exposure to industry-leading tools and practices.

• Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools
• Draft email copy and design newsletters
• Track and analyze email performance metrics
• Maintain and segment email lists
• A/B test subject lines and content to optimize open and click-through rates

• Support database maintenance and contact management in HubSpot
• Update and maintain customer records
• Generate reports and track key performance metrics
• Assist in documenting sales processes and workflows
• Help optimize CRM usage for improved efficiency

• Write and edit marketing content for various channels
• Create blog posts, social media content, and marketing collateral
• Support the development of case studies and customer success stories
• Research industry trends and competitor content
• Assist in maintaining content calendar

• Help manage company social media presence across platforms
• Create engaging social media content
• Schedule and publish posts
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments
• Track social media metrics and prepare reports

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Previous experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO principles
